1. Use of the Site
You may use this Site for lawful purposes related to obtaining freight brokerage information and services. You may not (a) use the Site to violate any law; (b) attempt unauthorized access; (c) introduce malicious code; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish content without written permission.
2. Quotes Are Estimates
Quotes provided through this Site are non-binding estimates based on the information you supply. Final rates are confirmed in writing through our Brokerage Agreement. Lane pricing is subject to capacity, fuel, accessorials, and market conditions.
3. Brokerage Services
Skyline Transportation operates as a property broker. We arrange transportation of freight by FMCSA-authorized motor carriers. We are not a motor carrier and do not transport freight directly. Use of our brokerage services is subject to our separate Brokerage Terms & Conditions.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, and software — is owned by Skyline Transportation or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyline Transportation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
