Onboarding Requirements
- Active FMCSA Operating Authority (MC#) — minimum 90 days in business preferred
- $1,000,000 Auto Liability Insurance
- $100,000 Cargo Insurance (higher for specialized/hazmat)
- W-9 (or W-8 for Canadian carriers)
- Signed Carrier Packet & Broker-Carrier Agreement
- Satisfactory CSA / SAFER record
How to Get Started
- Submit our Carrier Onboarding Form
- Email your insurance certificate and W-9 to carriers@skylinetransp.com
- Sign the Broker-Carrier Agreement (we’ll email DocuSign)
- Get added to our Approved Carrier list — usually within one business day
