Common questions

Quick answers.

How do permits work for oversize loads?
Each state regulates oversize/overweight differently. We file permits state-by-state for the carrier — usually 1–3 business days lead time. Routing avoids restricted hours and bridges.
When do you need pilot cars?
Most states require lead and chase pilot cars when load width exceeds 12 feet, length exceeds ~85 feet, or height exceeds ~14’6″. We arrange pilots and police escorts as part of the booking.
Can you ship machinery from auction?
Yes. Provide auction location, pickup window, dimensions, and weight — we’ll dispatch the right open-deck carrier and handle securement.
