Common questions

Quick answers.

Do you handle FSMA-regulated produce?
Yes. All reefer carriers in our network are trained on the Sanitary Transportation of Human and Animal Food rule. Pre-cool protocols, sanitation logs, and trip temperature records included.
What if the reefer breaks down mid-trip?
Carriers in our network maintain reefer breakdown coverage and run regular pre-trip inspections. If a unit fails, we re-power or transload to a standby trailer to protect the load.
Can you ship frozen and refrigerated on the same truck?
For multi-stop or split loads, ask about dual-temp trailers (which can run two zones at different setpoints simultaneously). Most loads are single-temp.
